To receive pharmacy benefits you must use a fund-approved pharmacy.

• In Milwaukee County you must use the Wisconsin Health Fund Pharmacy, listed above or a fund-approved pharmacy, listed below.

• All other counties in Wisconsin and all other states are open to the majority of all pharmacies. (With the exception of Wal-Mart and Sam’s Club)

• If you happen to use a pharmacy we are not contracted with, outside of Milwaukee county, please contact WHF’s Customer Service at: 1-888-208-8808 to request they be added.
