I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree (2014) and master of Science in Oriental Medicine (2017) from the National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, Illinois. I completed a one-year residency in pain management at John H, Stroger Jr. Hospital of Cook County in Chicago, where I gained experience in treating diverse patient populations with complex pain conditions. My training also includes international study in China, where i observed the integration of Western and Eastern medical practices within hospital systems.

I have a particular interest in nutrition-based approaches to health and incorporate both Western and Eastern perspectives when recommending non-prescription, natural therapies to support overall wellness. I am also trained in acupuncture and have experience with electroacupuncture, auricular therapy, and abdominal needling techniques.

I am a pain management chiropractor specializing in patient-centered care. My approach combines evidence-based chiropractic techniques, including Thompson Drop, Diversified, Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), Active Release Techniques (ART), dry needling, Activator methods, Kinesiology taping, and Webster technique, with individualized nutritional counseling.

Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, playing guitar, and cooking for my family. I am also an avid cat enthusiast and share my home with four cats.
