COVID Vaccine Information

For COVID information call the Medical Reception Desk at 414-755-8310. WHF is currently applying for COVID vaccine on a weekly basis per the state protocol. WHF has received little vaccine to date. The Medical Reception Desk is keeping a wait list for those over 65 years or other eligible groups. WHF will contact patients when the vaccine is available. We encourage you to get a vaccine elsewhere if you are able.
