White Smiles for Life

The Wisconsin Health Fund is offering a White Smiles For Life program as a gift for those patients who are already taking their dental health seriously, and as an incentive for those who need a little help keeping up with their dental care.

This program is a courtesy and privilege extended only to WHF patients who are taking their oral hygiene and general dental health seriously by receiving regularly scheduled treatments for all recommended dental hygiene care and all necessary dental treatment to maintain a healthy and beautiful smile.  In fact, patients who maintain regular hygiene appointments and receive recommended treatment spend less money on dental care (on average) than those who only see the dentist when they perceive a problem exists.  All too often, people who wait until there is a problem have irreversible damage to their gums, teeth, and/or jaw.

We pride ourselves on the smiles that come from our clinic and on knowing our patients are maintaining the best possible oral health. Eligible patients who qualify for the White Smiles for Life program may participate for a one-time fee of $100.00 that enrolls them into the program. 

Patients will receive:

• Custom-made, professional take-home whitening trays 
• Whitening gel for personal use
• Case to store whitening trays

(A Value Of $408.00)

Whitening gel (two tubes per year, one every six months) will be provided with bi-annual hygiene appointments.  Additional whitening gel may be purchased at cost from Wisconsin Health Fund’s Dental Center.

While White Smiles For Life is a gift from us to our patients, each recipient will need to follow all rules and regulations in order to receive all of the initial and ongoing benefits.
